A return to our origin, a love of the land and respect for the nature that surrounds us inspired us to reconvert our house into 4 flats varying in size. In Villa Beatrice, Mondavio, Province of Pesaro Urbino, you can relax, rest and enjoy the slow beat of the countryside completely immersed in 70,000 m2 of parkland with olive, oak, nut and fruit trees. Outdoors you can take a dip in the pool, take a walk and enjoy the large garden with areas equipped for your children as well. If you like exploring there are many historical towns in the vicinity and both the sea and the mountains are within a short driving distance.

This 66 m2 flat allows you to reach directly the large patio at the rear of Villa Beatrice. It is on the ground floor and faces South . You enter the flat from an outside path. Entering the portico furnished with a table and chairs you reach the living/kitchen area with a table for 6 people. It’s also possible to use the sofa bed (165x190). A small hallway leads to the bedrooms which have respectively a double bed (160x190 cms). and two single beds (80x190 cms) The bathroom has a washbasin, shower unit, bidet and a WC.

Villa Beatrice is located midway between the two beautiful medieval towns of Mondavio and Corinaldo.

The whole area offers an abundance of pretty villages unchanged for centuries most with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and many other attractions.

The Adriatic coast is a mere 20 minute drive away. The spectacular Frasassi Caves, the longest in Italy, are forty minutes away.

Throughout the summer there are pageants & palios & food & wine festivals in the local villages. Further afield is Urbino, the world-famous Renaissance town & birthplace of Raphael (40 min) & within 1 - 1.5 hours are four of Italy's most famous theme parks (Mirabilandia, Fabilandia, Le Navi & Italia in Miniatura).

Wir(2 Erwachsene und 2 Mädchen mit 13 Jahren)haben vom 17.04. bis 29.04.2011 im Appartement Glicine gewohnt: der Urlaub war einfach wunderbar: die Region ist toll, das Haus ist ein Traum, die Besitzer total lieb und hilfsbereit: wir fühlten uns alle richtig wohl !!! So ist es kein Wunder dass wir gerne wieder kommen !!!

We had 2 holidays in Villa Beatrice, 2 weeks Glicine appartement with 3 kids and a dog.
We think this place is absolutely fantastic. Great pool. Very clean. Very wide beautiful views.
Beautiful garden with a lot of flowers. Family Boria is very correct and helpfull with everything.
Together with 2 other apartements this place is stil quiet and relaxing.
The surroundings offer al lot of romantic old village centers with great panorama's and tipical restaurants.
We can recommend this villa to everybody that wants a "different" peaceful holiday.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities

Thank you for a wonderful holiday. Villa Beatrice is a fantastic place to relax, swim and get to know la Marche. We will miss Dodo, breakfast in the beautiful garden and swimming at sunset. We have been to many wonderful places in only one week: Mondolfo, Urbino, Monti Sibillini, Ascoli,..... and we hope to came back another time to explore them more again. Mille grazie!
