Island development. This is the perfect house in the perfect location, just 3 miles
from Disney. You will never want to stay in a hotel again.
The house is situated on a large plot in a beautiful part of this wonderful resort,
and will sleep 14.
Downstairs is a large family room with 52" cable tv, dvd and video player, with
patio doors leading onto the deck and pool area. There is another formal lounge and
dining room with stereo cd player, and a superbly fitted kitchen with all the
necessary utensils. The master bedroom, again with doors onto the pool area, has a
fabulous en suite bathroom with bath and shower, and a king bed. There is also a
separate bathroom leading from the family room. The utility room contains washer and
dryer. Our new games room has pool, table tennis, foosball and darts
On the first floor is our queen master suite, a separate queen bedroom, a double
bedroom, and 2 twin bedrooms, one of which is a Disney themed room. There are
another 2 bathrooms on this floor. Relax in our private nook with comfortable chairs
and a large tv and dvd.
The fantastic pool area contains an extended lanai to give you shade from the
Florida sun, and a large deck area with a superb heated pool and spa.Relax on our
comfortable sun beds, and enjoy your meals beside the pool.
The home is well furnished throughout, and is fully air conditioned. All bedrooms
have ceiling fans and tv plus dvd.

walk (1 mile) gets you to Formosa shopping village with supermarket, bank, medical
