Rivertime, it's a place in your heart. You come to spend the weekend, but it feels like a week or a month. You wind up feeling younger, nourished, rejuvenated. How's that work? I dunno, that's Rivertime. Beautiful cabin for retreat, family time, or romance surrounded by nature. This clean, charming, and well-appointed cabin is 20 minutes North of Asheville along the Ivy River. Wake up to fresh mountain air with the birds singing. Explore 15 acres of woods and creek making friends with the abundant plant life. Drop a line in the river and play with the fish. Skip stones with your kids. Relax on the covered porch with beautiful views. Gaze at the stars at night while soaking in the hot tub or gaze into the flames of a cozy fire on a cool evening. We can make special arrangements for therapeutic massages and private yoga/pilates sessions at the cabin. Also, there is a massage table available for personal use. Rivertime is also a great base camp from which to enjoy downtown Asheville, the Appalachian Trail, and the charm of Hot Springs, NC, the Blue Ridge Parkway, rafting on the French Broad River, and other sites and sounds of this magical area. Dogs love it here too and are welcome for an additional fee. Please let us know if there is anything else we can arrange to make your time here special.

"This place is the perfect honeymoon for us and Fido! We don’t want to leave! Thanks for sharing. What a peaceful place this is! Although it didn’t get extremely cold, I built a couple of fires and it almost got too hot inside the cabin- had to open the windows- that fireplace rocks!! Truly secluded- something we have been searching for in a cabin- being backpackers we like our privacy."
