The Estate runs sea to sea with a private secluded beach over 100' of frontage! The beach is just through a wooded trail access through the estates grounds a one minute walk away. Great shallow water swimming beach, low tide bonefishing right off of your beach or walk out among the flats.
Private dock can accommodate up to a 50' boat power and electric available on the dock at additional. The dock is L shaped so multiple docking options to ensure your boat is well protected. 6' LWD at the dock. Great snorkeling down at the dock along the coral outcroppings. Or fish off of your dock!
Some of the worlds best deep sea bottom fishing and ocean trolling just minutes away through the Tilloo cut.
Recommend boat rental for the week. Lubbers offers one restaurant the much talked about Cracker P's a few minute skiff ride away. The famous Tahiti beach is located two minutes directly across from the Estate, multiple restaurants on Elbow Cay will pick you up at Tahiti Beach as you enjoy day trips to the Hope Town & White sound areas.
