This unique island styled home is located on the narrow peninsula of Eastern Shores just minutes outside of Marsh Harbour, Abaco, Bahamas. Offering fantastic sea to sea views from all rooms and decks. The open interior design with solid wood floors and cathedral cypress v - joint ceilings lends a true island flare to this three bedroom dream rental home. Upstairs is the Main living room, dining and kitchen area with sea to sea views and entrances to both decks. You will also find the Master suite with king bed and guest room with Queen bed located on this floor both have private deck entrances and ensuite walk through spacious bathroom with a walk in shower. There is also a half bath that is ensuite to the guest room and accessible from the living area hallway. The wrap around decks are great for outside sunning or dining al fresco. Downstairs is a private bedroom suite that has two singles but can also be converted into a King with advanced notice, this suite has it’s own bathroom with a custom coral shower and private deck. Steps from the house lead through the tropical landscaping of flowers, trees and palms to boat docks on either side of the home. Great snorkeling by the dock & rocky outcrops of live coral life and fish.


Standard Amenities Include:
All bed linens, bathroom towels, utensils, cookware, inside and outside dishware, microwave, toaster or toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, alarm clock, and all have an outside grill option. All homes are stocked with and assortment of books, games and DVD's,CD's and VCR's as applicable.
