Duval Penthouse is a large luxury apartment located in downtown Key West. This property has it all, fabulous location, beautifully furnished and plenty of space to accommodate your friends and family. Duval Penthouse is designed after a chic urban flat with an island twist, comfortable island style furnishings and art work suited to the casual lifestyle here in Key West. Fabulous terraces abound, giving the guest exceptional views of Key West and Duval Street.
With the Peter Lick Gallery on the ground level, Duval Penthouse occupies the second and third story of the building. Completely renovated in 2008 the flat has three bedrooms two and a half bathrooms and an open and spacious floor plan.
Living room, designer kitchen and master suite are located on the second floor. The living room has French doors that open out onto the back deck as well as the side terrace. The kitchen is wonderfully designed with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar. Master suite also has French doors opening on to a private balcony overlooking Duval Street. Two guest bedrooms and shared bath or located on the third floor with access to the roof top terrace.
