Island Spice is a lovely 2 bed, 2.5 bath townhome, located in the historic Foundry District of the prestigious Truman Annex community.
The brick exterior, and the brick interior wall of the living room provides you with an Old Town cozy feel, yet this newly updated home has a trendy tropical flair. On the first floor, there is the living room, kitchen and one-half bathroom. From the Living area, there are two double French Doors that open out to the brick patio where you can sit and enjoy a nice tropical drink and enjoy the sunset. Island Spice also has a unique feature in that the 2nd floor has two split staircases, which makes it ideal for bedroom privacy. One staircase goes to one bedroom and bath suite, while the opposite staircase directs you to the second bedroom and bath suite. The bedrooms have colorful décor, and bedding in the home is One King, One Queen, and one K/Q Sleeper. Island Spice has many wonderful amenities including internet service, washer/dryer, 3 televisions (one in living room, and one in each of the two bedrooms), a dvd player, and use of the community swimming pool.

$1800 per week (Shoulder)
$1600 per week (Summer)

$150 Cleaning Fee Turnday: Any. Amenities: Off Street Parking, Community Pool, DSL - Internet Service, DVD, Stereo.
