Nicely updated, 1 Br/1 bath villa in the West Beach Village. The living, dining, and kitchen area is very open with vaulted ceilings and all new appliances. There is a nice LCD tv, dvd player, and internet access. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, wall mounted tv, bathroom, and a closet with a stacked washer and dryer.There is a screened in porch with wooded views off the living room. The cute table and chairs on the porch provide a great spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner.This cute villa is only a 3 minute walk to the beach and about a 5 minute walk to the West Beach Straw Market.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
