Lovely 3 br/2 bath, free- standing cottage in the West Beach area with wooded views. The living, dining and kitchen areas are all open and painted a soft, warm yellow. The living room has pickled pine floors, a tray ceiling, HiDef LCD flat screen tv and a dvd player. There is also a sofa sleeper, a fireplace, sliding doors leading to the screend porch, and Broadband internet access. (DSL) The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a tv and dvd player, and a private bath. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds each and share a hall bath. There is a utility room with a washer and a dryer. This cottage has a wrap around deck with a gas grill and picnic table and is a five mintue walk to the beach and the community pool. The villa is also a short walk from the West Beach Straw Market.No smoking. No pets.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
