BEAUTIFUL 4 BR/ 4.5 BATH, 3700 SQ.FT. HOME IN THE VANDERHORST PLANTATION WITH LAGOON VIEWS, AND A 5 MINUTE WALK TO THE OCEAN. THIS HOME HAS A LARGE LIVING AREA/GREAT ROOM THAT LEADS TO AN AIR CONDITIONED SUN ROOM AND A SCREENED IN PORCH. THE HOME HAS HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS, MULTIPLE TV'S, AND A GAS GRILL.TWO OF THE FOUR BEDROOMS ARE MASTERS. EACH BEDROOM HAS ITS OWN PRIVATE, FULL BATH. THERE IS ALSO A POWDER ROOM ON THE 1ST FLOOR. 3 BEDROOMS, INCLUDING ONE OF THE MASTER BEDROOMS, ARE LOCATED ON THE 1ST FLOOR AND THE OTHER MASTER BEDROOM IS LOCATED ON THE SECOND FLOOR. THE MASTER BEDROOM ON THE SECOND FLOOR IS A SPACIOUS ROOM WITH A KING SIZE BED, LARGE BATH, AND A PRIVATE DECK. THIS IS A LOVELY HOME WITH A LARGE COLLECTION OF ORIGINAL ARTWORK.
