Nice 3 Br/2 bath cottage with a community pool and a shared crabbing dock. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds each and share a bathroom. The kitchen has been updated and there are laminate floors in all the living areas. The living room has trey ceilings, a fireplace, and a television. This villa has a split bedroom floor plan and an enclosed sunroom. The beach is a lovely 7 minute walk away.No smoking,
