Nicely updated, 3 Br/3 bath, second floor villa in the East Beach area with lagoon views.The living, dining, and kitchen areas are all nice and open. The living room has a television, vcr,dvd player, a stereo, and glass doors leading to the screened in porch. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a tv, and a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a tv, and a private bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a tv, and a private bath.This villa is located close to the Sanctuary Hotel and is only a four minute walk to the beach.No-smoking
