Nice 2 Br/2 bath, first floor, villa in the East Beach area with golf course and lagoon views. Villa is a 3 bedroom with 1 room on the 1st floor locked off. First floor has living room, dining room, kitchen, and twin bedroom and bath. Second floor is the master bedroom.This villa has a nice open floor plan and a screened in porch. The living room has a tv, vcr, and dvd player. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a tv, and a private bath. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach.Non-smoking
