Very nice, 1Br/1 bath, oceanfront villa, in the East Beach area. This lovely villa has been nicely updated throughout. The living room has a tv, cd player, and glass doors leading to the covered balcony. From here, the ocean views are breathtaking. The bedroom has a king size bed, a small television and an ocean view. The bathroom has a nice walk-in shower, updated floors, and vanity.This is a wonderful, 3rd floor unit with awesome ocean views and only a hop, skip, and a jump from the beach.No-smoking and renters may not use the fireplace.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
