Nice, comfortable 2Br/2.5 bath, 1100 sq.ft. villa in the East Beach area with lagoon views. The living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bath are all on the first floor. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room and glass doors leading to an open deck.The upstairs has two bedrooms each with a private bath.The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds.This end unit is only a 2 minute walk to the beach.No-smoking.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
