Very nice, 4Br/3 bath, 2800 sq.ft. home in Vanderhorst Plantation that has been recently updated. The home has a living room with a fireplace, a den with TV, dvd player, and vcr, a formal dining room, and a new, eat in kitchen. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. One is the master bedroom with a king size bed, television, vcr, private bathroom, and sliding glass doors leading to the deck. The second downstairs bedroom has two queen beds and a hall bath. The second floor has two bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom.There are nice, big, open decks all the way across the back of the house. You have golf course views from here and a short 8 minute walk to the beach.No Grill/ No Smoking/ No Pets
