This is a point unit with wonderful ocean views and the boardwalk to the beach is just off your 1st floor and 2nd floor deck. The living Room, dining Room, and the kitchen are all on the second floor with fantastic ocean views. The second floor also has a half bath, and a 52in LCD television with surround sound and DVD player. There is also a screened porch and a deck The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms all with private baths and wall mounted televisions. Two of the first floor bedrooms face the ocean and have sliding glass doors that lead to the lower deck and beach access. These bedrooms consist of one king bed, one queen bed, and two twins beds.The master bedroom is on the third floor with a king bed and private bath and wall mounted tv. There is also a deck overlooking the ocean.No pets/no smoking.
