Cute 3Br/2 bath, free standing, cottage in the West beach area, with lagoon views. Open kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen has just been updated with new cabinets, appliances, tile floor, and fresh paint. The living room has a television,vcr, wireless internet, dvd player, stereo, a fireplace, a sofa sleeper, and glass doors leading to the screened in porch that has a table and chairs and a gas grill.The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a tv, and a newly renovated, private bath with a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms have two twin beds each and share a newly renovated hall bath. Both of these bedrooms have televisions.This cottage is just across the parking lot from the beach (closest Sparrow Pond to the beach)No-smoking.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
