This home is a four bedroom three bathroom house situated in a very quiet sub-division just off CR54. This homes is very tastefully decorated and has a very large fully equipped kitchen.
The living area has sliding doors leading out onto a patio area with table and chairs for you to relax on. From the kitchen there are also sliding doors leading out to another patio area. The views from the sun patios are grass and trees and is a very peacful area to be after a very long day at the parks.
The pool area consists of a pool and automatic spa, a water feature with fountain compliments the spa. There is a second master which is separate from the rest of the house (Cabana); this room has its own bathroom, a full size bed along with a TV.
There are local supermarkets close by along with nearby popular restaurants.
Situated very close to the I-4 at exit 58 and only minutes from Disney at exit 62. This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
