This four bedroom single storey home has two master suites. There are 4 bathrooms and an outside shower to use after swimming in the pool. You have a west facing pool and spa, surrounded by Orange Trees to relax in after a long day at the parks. This tastefully decorated home has a carpet living area and comes with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room and a two car garage for the guest to use. All linens are provided but we do ask you to bring your own beach towels for use around the pool. There is cable TV in all bedrooms as well as in the living room and a DVD / VCR, Hi-Fi Stereo, along with a selection of CDs, DVDs, Books and Games are provided for guest use. There are also hairdryers available for guest use. We do ask you not to remove any items from the home. A safe is available
for guests to rent upon request. This home is situated on a gated community, very close to local restaurants and golf courses and with easy access to the I4 and the US27. It is near the 192 where there are a large variety of places to eat and minutes away from Disney and other attractions. The owners of this home have a strict no smoking and no pets policy.
