This New house has 4 bedrooms 2 of which have ensuite bathrooms; an addittional bathroom is shared by the twin bedrooms.
There is a tv in all bedrooms; three of which are 20 inch flat screens with built in DVD player, great for watching the upgraded CATV package. A PC is provided for your convenient access to the Internet.
There is a seperate dining area and a spacious kitchen which is fully equipped with modern appliances, these include range, microwave and fridge freezer.
An open plan living room with sliding doors leading out to the south aspect, lanai (covered area) pool and spa. The rear overlooks the community clubhouse, pool and tennis courts.
This home has a games room in the garage which includes a quality pool table and Air Hockey.
Equipped with a security alarm and situated in a gated community close to Disney, local restaurants and shops.
The house has a utility room with washer and dryer; all linens are provided for your vacation but we do ask you to bring your own beach towels. There are hairdryers for your use during your stay in this home.There is a safe for guests to use upon request; a small fee required. You are close to the I-4 exit 55 and 58 at ChampionsGate offering easy access to either Orlando or west coast beaches.
