This is an attractive new 4 bedroom single storey home with games room ideal for a family vacation. There are 3 bathrooms; 2 of which are en-suite.
With no rear neighbours the private pool backs onto a retention area offering better than average privacy; relax in your own pool after a long day at the parks!
The house comes with Free long distance US and international telephone calls. This home is decorated to a high standard with upgraded furniture; tiled and carpetted living areas and comes with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. All linens are provided but we do ask you to bring your own beach towels for use around the pool. There is cable TV in the living room. A safe is available for guests use.
This home is situated on a quiet community, very close to local restaurants and golf courses and with easy access to the I4 and 192 where there are a large variety of places to eat and minutes away from Disney and other attractions. Smoking is not allowed in Vacation Homes and is State Law; Sorry we also have a no pets policy.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
