Strictly No Smoking, No Pets

This is an attractive new 4 bedroom single storey home ideal for a family vacation. There are 3 bathrooms.
This house has its own private pool to relax in after a long day at the parks.

The house comes with a PC with Free Internet Access and a Games room with Pool Table and Dart Board.
This home is decorated to a high standard with upgraded furniture with tiled and carpetted living areas and comes with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.
All linens are provided but we do ask you to bring your own beach towels for use around the pool. There is cable TV in the living room.
There are also hairdryers available for guest use. We do ask you not to remove any items from the home. A safe is available for guests to rent upon request.

This home is situated on a quiet community, very close to local restaurants and golf courses and with easy access to the I4 and 192 where there are a large variety of places to eat and minutes away from Disney and other attractions. The owners of this home have a strict no smoking and no pets policy.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
