This is an attractive new 3 bedroom single storey home ideal for a family vacation. There are 3 bathrooms; one of which is a pool bath accessed from the lanai.
You have a south facing pool and spa to relax in after a long day at the parks.(spa is automatic; pool and spa heating is provided by solar and Electric heater)

There is a Games room with Pool Table, Foos Ball and Air Hockey table.

This tastefully decorated home has tiled floors with carpetted living areas and comes with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.

All linens are provided but we do ask you to bring your own beach towels for use around the pool. There is cable TV in the living room.
There are also hairdryers available for guest use. We do ask you not to remove any items from the home. A safe is available for guests to rent upon request.

This home is situated on a quiet community, very close to local restaurants and golf courses and with easy access to the I4 and 192 where there are a large variety of places to eat and minutes away from Disney and other attractions. The owners of this home have a strict no smoking and no pets policy.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
