Located in a quiet subdivision off Highway 27 and just one mile south of the I-4. very close to superb shopping.The attractions of Disney are only 15 minutes away with other major attractions close by. Tastefully decorated throughout, this home has nearly 2,500 sq. ft of air conditioned living space. The outsize pool with spa and palm trees overlooks a retention area and is the perfect place to watch the sunsets.This pool and spa can be heated by a Gas heater taking away the worries of a cold pool. The 5/4 layout is supplemented by a seperate dining room, loft lounge and playden with futon".
