Two large screened in porches are the perfect perch to overlook the 14th fairway of the 18 hole championship Rees Jones course at the Currituck Club; the northern beaches only gated golf course community. The upstairs great room features a gas fireplace, large screen TV, DVD player and surround sound. The upscale open kitchen with cherry cabinets boasts plenty of cookware for the chef in the family and its open style and nearby over scale dining table allows everyone in the family to enjoy mealtimes. Delightful surprises await around every corner from the mid level coffee / wet bar with mini-fridge to the fun ground level game room with adjoining full bath. Enjoy all of the Currituck Club amenities such as community pools and tennis courts, fitness center, basketball, volleyball, shuffleboard, Clubhouse, playground, seasonal trolley service and beach valet.
