Vacation Rental Details: Rent is $3000 to $3600/month depending on the season. Additional fees include: $175 exit cleaning fee; $35 processing fee; 12.5% state and local taxes. A security deposit of $1200 is required. The security deposit is refunded after a damage-free inspection is conducted following departure. Utility Caps/Mo: There is a cap on the utilities of $250 for water and $250 for electricity. The owner pays up to this amount. If there is an overage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided. Rates and fees are subject to change prior to confirmation of reservation.
