Small family? Couple’s Get-A-Away? If you are looking for a cozy condo for an island resort style get-a-way, then "Dues Paid" is the perfect condo. After a day at the beach (beach pass provided with the condo) you can plan on relaxing on the screened in deck while the kids play in the sand-filled courtyard as the day fades away! The master bedroom has been equipped with a deep pillow-top queen bed, a large rear balcony, and a private full bathroom. The guest bedroom is furnished with two twins, access to the extra large front balcony, a TV with DVD player, and a private full bathroom. This condo is also the only two bedroom condo with a full bath down stairs. You are sure to appreciate the unique touches within the "Dues Paid" as it has always primarily been a private vacation home. PLEASE NOTE: THIS CONDO ONLY SLEEPS 4 PEOPLE AS IS DOES NOT HAVE A SLEEPER SOFA. Thank you!
