The town home is built above the 40' X 22' garage (which houses a foosball table for fun) and consists of two living levels. The living room, kitchen and dining area are on the main living level, which is designed for entertaining, relaxing and dining-in, and includes a small business center with wi-fi DSL, for your laptop. Sink in to the rich, leather living room furniture and enjoy a DVD on the large, flat panel TV with satellite programming or open the armoire that holds games and a pull-out shelf for the jigsaw puzzles. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight, where guests can watch the cooking while seated at the bar counter or gather at the large dining table offering views of the river and the ridge. Make coffee your way, using the French Press & grinder or standard coffee maker, create treats with the Cuisinart blender/food processor, put on the crab pot, or use the picnic baskets and head to the beach. Either way, service and seating for 12 make for memorable meals and gatherings. The deck off the living room has an electric BBQ, table and benches for outdoor grilling and dining. There is also a powder room on the main floor. Upstairs from the main living area are three bedrooms, 2 baths, all with queen beds and each decorated in soothing colors and textiles, nicely appointed for a restful stay.
