Located at the beautiful and recently completed Waterside complex, this like new 2 bedroom 2 bath tastefully decorated condominium has spectacular views of the beautiful Flathead Lake and the Swan Mountain Range.

This waterfront condo has an assigned boat dock and an assigned garage so there is no manuvering for a parking space either on the water or in the parking lot. The Waterside is conveniently located in downtown Lakeside at the North end of Flathead Lake. Lakeside is a quiet lakeshore community with a handful of friendly shops and dining establishments just 35 minutes from Glacier International Airport, 20 minutes to Kalispell, 20 minutes to Bigfork, and 45 minutes to Glacier National Park. Owner will negotiate.

And for the winter ski enthusiast the fabulous Blacktail Mountain Ski area is just minutes away and storied Whitefish Mountain Ski area is only a 45 minute drive to the north.

So enjoy a summer or winter vacation in this great new condo, complete with Exercise room, Spa, Flat screen TV, DSL, Garage, etc. Golf, fishing, horseback riding, watersports and sightseeing are all nearby. Above the Rest! 8 people max.
