This woodsy and bright 3 bedroom (one is loft bedroom) two bath, with hot tub, A-frame Moonridge cabin is one house off the golf course (bottom left, looking up the hill) in a quiet, heavily treed area. Only 0.5 miles up to Bear Mountain, or 0.2 miles down to the shuttle. On a flat lot with a flat approach and ample parking, you will always be able to come-and-go with ease.

Views of Bear Mtn ski runs and the golf course from the master bedroom deck upstairs and back deck downstairs. Open kitchen and living room area, gas-log fire place, and vaulted ceilings, T&G pine throughout, full kitchen with all new appliances; range, large fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, new dishes, pots & pans and silverware, and more. One-car heated attached garage with washer and dryer. Cable TV (4), 2 VCR/DVD players, 1 VCR, large library of DVDs and videos, stereo-CD player.

Master bedroom upstairs has queen bed and private bath, 2nd bedroom downstairs has a log queen bed, across the hall from the second bath. Sleeper sofa on the loft. Relax in a Jacuzzi off the large back deck just out a large A-frame window in the living room with BBQ and patio furniture, surrounded by a dozen pines and a large yard. Basketball hoop on front driveway. Professional cleaning, fresh towels, and linens provided.
