Sand Dollar has a dramatic, two-story living room with two stories of floor-to-ceiling windows on the south and a soaring river rock fireplace on the north. Built-in bookcases surround the fireplace. The bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed and the bathroom on the main floor is custom with a glass brick surround and a two-headed shower. An outside door from the shower leads to the private southside deck and the hot tub.

On the second story, sunlight floods the loft area. A table for puzzles and a desk for internet access overlooks the beautiful living room. There is a bedroom with a queen bed, another with two singles and a full bath.
