Enjoy WORLD CLASS SUNSETS like this one from AVALON living room, dining room, and deck. This family beach house is tucked into the quiet NeahKahNie Neighborhood of classic Oregon Coast beach cottages. A footpath, about 200 FEET LONG, between neighboring homes leads TO THE BEACH.

Enjoy the southside open deck with cookouts on the GAS BBQ. Gaze at everlasting waves breaking on the beach or snug up beside the WOOD-BURNING FIREPLACE with a good book or glass of wine. The very comfortable kitchen-living-dining great room has a vaulted ceiling. TV WATCHERS ENJOY A SECOND TV IN THEIR OWN SEPARATE AREA in a downstairs room with an additional table for games or puzzles.
