Freestanding fireplace, Gas BBB on top deck, Master Bedroom on private top floor with the full view visible from your bed! Easy 5-min walk to Seabright Beach and 8-min walk to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. First floor has entrance from double car garage, 2 bedrooms, 1st with a Queen, 2nd with 2-Twins and a Queen Innerspring Futon couch and a full bath. The 2nd Floor has a Large Living room that has a Wood fired free-standing fireplace, access to the first deck with BBQ and a couple of lounge chairs and a round table & 4 chairs with deep comfortable pads. The kitchen and dining area are also on this floor. They are well equipped and have an peninsula island between them for easy food delivery to the table. There is also a 1/2 bath on this floor. Up a fun spiral staircase is the luxurious Master suite with a Queen bed and large private bath with soaking tub. The lights of the harbor twinkle below for a romantic interlude, with the other bedrooms 2-floors away. Easy slightly sloped walk to the Seabright beach, Aldo's Restaurant at the mouth of the harbor, several other restaurants including the Drunken Monkey, Betty's Burgers (try their gourmet huge turkey "Gobbler" - my favorite, and the Seabright Brewery for live entertainment, and the world-famous Linda's Seabright Cafe, which is easy to find by the line out the door every morning and lunch time. 4 or 5 other restaurants in the same area, or go across the harbor on the Water Taxi and enjoy the Crows Nest Restaurant, with heat lamps on the outside deck so you can watch the sailboats drifting by. Another fabulous restaurant is Johnny's, just across the bridge at the harbor. Don't miss the fun and FREE water taxi available on the weekends.
