CASITA FELIZ: Sleeps up to 4. Has 1 bedroom and 1 bath. Elegant & serene cottage off the street, behind a beautiful home. It is on the 2nd floor above a storage area and has nice views of the ocean, the Santa Cruz Wharf, and the Beach Boardwalk. It has 1 King bed in the bedroom, 1 Queen aerobed set up in Living Room. Hardwood floors, new kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There is a Washer and a Dryer in the closet. There are two decks. One overlooks a private garden with vegetables & flowers and another deck is off the Master bathroom overlooking the ocean. Just 1 house off West Cliff Drive & a short walk to Boardwalk and Downtown. This lovley home is located accross the street from Cowell's beach and 3 blocks from the leagendary surf spot, Steamer's Lane. No pets please.
