It is all on one level with two bedrooms and two baths and includes a large kitchen, dining area, and a queen-sized sofa-sleeper in theliving room. This condo comfortably accommodates 6 people. It also has a large deck with a panoramic view of the beach, Proposal Rock, and the rolling hills of Neskowin.As you can see in the photos, the decor is tastefully done and the verycomfortable furnishings are in excellent shape. Amenities include a fully functional kitchen with range and oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffeemaker, dishes, cookware, dishwasher, blender, etc.In the living room you'll find a wood-burning fireplace, cable TV, CD andtape-deck stereo, and DVD and VHS players. There's a full-size laundry room with washer and dryer. And of course, it's fully furnished with bed linens, towels, and everything else you'd need to make your stay an enjoyable one.Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.The condo is just steps from the beautiful Neskowin beach and only a short walk from the well-stocked Neskowin Market and the delicious Hawk Creek Cafe. You can dine in or order takeout and watch the sunset on the deck. Also within walking distance are horse stables and two nice golf courses.***Please Note: In renting this unit you agree to adhere to the folloing rules as set for by the Condominium Regulations. Guests may NOT BBQ on the deck. NO Smoking allowed in the condo or anywhere on the condominium property. No person may go over the deck railings to go down the bank or to another unit, or to go on the grass at the west end of the condo units.
