“Beachside Villas 1123" is a newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath 2nd floor condo located just between Destin and Panama City Beach along the quite area of Scenic 30-A. When you walk into the unit, you will walk into comfort. The décor of this property has vibrant, rich colors with contemporary style to that welcome you to your vacation destination. The family room offers a queen-size sofa sleeper, and love seat with cable/TV/DVD. From the living room there is access to the covered patio with seating which overlooks one of the community pools. The dining room that seats 6 is a wonderful place to play a friendly board game or master the art of dominoes. There are also two bar stools at the breakfast bar adjacent to the fully stocked kitchen. The master suite has a king-size bed, private bath, cable/TV, and access to the large covered porch with seating for a cup of morning coffee.The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, and television. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with television. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. Each bedroom boasts a cool, yet calm color that lets you wake each morning excited to start another day of vacation at the beach!Beachside Villas complex is a family oriented community, with two pools (one heated for winter use), lighted tennis courts and shuffleboard. Right outside this unit is access to one of the many grilling areas, as well as a "fishing hole" to entertain the kids. There are also a biking and hiking paths around the community. For those that are here that like to spend long days at the beach, Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rental. For the working vacationers, Beachside Villas 1123 offers Wi-Fi free of charge.You can enjoy the local flavor within a few miles to the town of Seaside, Rosemary and Grayton Beach.
