Serenity is a great family vacation home that has lots of room, and a private swimming pool with decks that are perfect for gazing at the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the amazing sunsets. This home has a large “kids" room on the ground floor, very close to the pool that is convenient for children to take a break from swimming to play a game or simply rest for a while. On the second level the living, dining, and kitchen are open and spacious with 2 sleep sofas. There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd level. The third level has the master bedroom and a deck that faces the gulf -- perfect for experiencing the cool breezes from the gulf. In nearby Panama City, the newly opened Pier Park and all its various restaurants, a movie theater, department stores and boutique shopping are a perfect place to getaway from the beach on a rainy day. Hombre Golf and Bay Pointe Golf courses are open to the public. The quaint town of Seaside is only 8 miles from Serenity heading west on Scenic 30A and is a pleasant area for strolling around the shops, eating, having an ice cream cone or seeing a movie at the amphitheater. Bud and Ally’s Restaurant and Bar offers live music, a sunset contest, great food. Other destinations in the area are the Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club, Silver Sands Designer Outlet mall that is the largest of its kind in the country, and Grand Boulevard for fancier dining and shopping.
