Sand Dollar is a truly luxurious home with upscale furnishings and décor. The state of the art kitchen offers upgrades galore. You'll enjoy meals at the impressive dining table, relax in the well appointed living room and enjoy your privacy in one of the 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with their own bath. You can witness spectacular sunsets and relax with the soothing sounds of the gulf water from the main floor balcony. Beach access is just a few steps away from the front door. Golf is available at several courses nearby, Windswept Dunes in Freeport, is the longest course in the state of Florida. Right here on Scenic 30A is the Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club that has a dining room facing the gulf for viewing the emerald green waters of the gulf. All along Scenic 30A there is a bike path, several local restaurants, the town of Seaside, and Rosemary Beach with its town center. Gulf Place has open air concerts and unique shops and restaurants. In Sandestin there is the Silver Sands Designer Outlet mall featuring stores like Saks, Coach, Polo and many more. The new Grand Boulevard has wonderful restaurants specializing in all kinds of ethnic foods, Mexican, Chinese, Steak, and Seafood. When the ladies are ready to take a break from all the fun at the beach—there is “serious shopping" for them at the boutiques at Grand Boulevard! Panama City Beach has Pier Park which has a movie theater, various restaurants and department store shopping. Lots of entertainment for everyone!
