There is only one high-rise on the beach and this is it!! You are guaranteed breathtaking views from the balcony and living space of this 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the 13th floor. Watch the sun rise and set over the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. One Seagrove Place has tennis courts, a beautiful pool and is close to great dining and shops of Seagrove Beach. The nearby town of Seaside, Rosemary Beach town center offers local restaurants and unique shops which are all on Scenic 30A. Most of the local restaurants feature fresh seafood caught in the Gulf of Mexico. Panama City Beach has a new entertainment center that has a movie theater, famous restaurants, and department stores, all amid a tropical setting. Hombre Golf course and Bay Pointe are open to the public.
