Little Sandy in Grayton Beach is an outstanding Florida home that will dazzle you with its 8 bedrooms and 7.5 baths.The panoramic Gulf view from the 4th floor deck and Casino Room, complete with a bar, and gaming table, is nothing short of spectacular. This room has a sleep sofa and a door for privacy if used as a bedroom. It brings families returning year after year. Perfect for weddings, parties, corporate meetings, with lots of living area, large kitchen with 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and huge dining tables. The pool can be heated in the off season months for a fee. Each bedroom will dazzle you with upscale décor and furnishing. The best sunsets on the Emerald Coast can be viewed from all the decks that face the gulf. A large white paver deck surrounds the private pool, with palms, wood burning fireplace, large gas grill, and lots of space for your guests to move around. TVs with DVDs, jetted tubs, and high speed internet are just a few amenities to mention for this home so centrally located in well known old Grayton Beach. Once parked at Little Sandy you can walk to the beach, the Red Bar, D & K’s Restaurant and the shops at Grayton Beach. Hop on the bike trail on Scenic 30A, you are less than 2 miles from Watercolor and Seaside. In Sandestin, the Silver Sands Designer Outlet mall is the largest of its kind in the country. Grand Boulevard, also in Sandestin offers upscale dining and specialty shops. The nearby town of Seaside, Rosemary Beach town center offers local restaurants, and unique shops which are all on Scenic 30A. Most of the local restaurants feature fresh seafood caught in the Gulf of Mexico. Goatfeathers Safood on 30A that has ining and a retail fresh fish market. Panama City Beach has a new entertainment center that has a movie theater, famous restaurants, and department stores, all amid a tropical setting.
