Upgrades include stunning hardwood floors, crown molding, and stylish furnishings. Enjoy the nature trails, tennis courts, shuffle board, 3 pools with grills, and hot tub during your visit! Just cross Scenic 30A and you’re at the beach. There are fabulous dining and shopping venues, including the famous Miss Lucille’s Gossip Parlor, the Smiling Fish Restaurant, and Amore’s Italian restaurant and pizzeria. In late spring and summer there is live music and concerts on the Village Green. There is golf at the Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club, shopping at Silver Sands, and the new Grand Boulevard that offers some upscale restaurants and boutiques. In Panama City, the new entertainment center of Pier Park that has a movie theater, department stores and restaurants to accommodate even the fussiest of appetites. Bike & Kayak rental on site.
