Enjoy the gulf view from the main living and dining area of this comfortably decorated 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium. Watch the sunset from a west facing balcony on one of the highest bluffs on the Gulf of Mexico in the Santa Rosa Beach area. Blue Lupine 322 is a third floor unit with 1680 square feet and has an oversized Jacuzzi in the master bath. The unit offers a split bedroom floor plan. The community pool is heated in the winter and has great views of the Gulf. You can relax in the hot tub or lounge on the pool deck with a grill area. The Inn at Blue Mountain has a covered parking garage, elevators, and a work out room with new equipment on the same floor as the condo. This area boasts of many amenities to mention a few, there is golf at the Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club. After you golf game dine in their gulf front restaurant. The newly developed Grand Boulevard and Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall are in Sandestin, the ladies can shop till they drop at fine speciality shops. In Panama City, a full day of fun can be had at Pier Park, a new entertainment center that is complete with a movie theater, restaurants, department stores and souvenir shopping.Beds are 2 kings, 2 twins and a sleeper sofa.
