Islamorada Vacation Rental villa

This is a lush tropical setting in a gated compound located directly on Florida Bay. Protected dockage in the "Little Bay" will keep your 30' boat (or smaller) safe. There’s a “sunning" area with lounge chairs on the peninsula so you can capture all the Vitamin D your body needs. The property has 3 separate units for rent by the day (3 day minimum,) week or month and can sleep up to 18 (6 per unit.) The 2nd floor duplex or ground floor duplex each offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, an open and very comfortable living area, fully equipped kitchen and spectacular views of the bay. The cottage has been extensively remodeled and features a gourmet kitchen and lounge area with a flat screen TV. The bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the cottage. One has a private bath. The other bedroom doubles as a gathering room by day and bedroom by night with a pullout queen sized bed and a murphy bed. All units have their own washer and dryer, charcoal grills and wireless internet.

Vacation Rental Details: The weekly rent is $2400/unit and the monthly rate is $7200/unit. Additional fees per unit include: $120 exit cleaning; $35 processing fee; 12.5% state and local taxes. A security deposit of $500 per unit is required. The security deposit is refunded after a damage-free inspection following departure. Smoking is not permitted inside any of the units. One small dog will be considered on a case by case basis - additional fees apply. Rates and fees are subject to change prior to confirmation of reservation.
