This lovely contemporary boasts of 2 master bedroom suites, a screened in porch with cushioned wicker furniture, and a game station for the children in the bunk room. Cypress Dunes beach has restrooms and a lifeguard. Cypress Dunes community boasts a long list of amenities in a quiet peaceful natural environment. A Beach Club with Infinity-edge pool, and a kiddy pool, a state of the art fitness center and observation deck & hot tub plus incredible Gulf views. The Cypress Haven house is located directly across from the championship regulated tennis courts. The entire community connects each home with walking paths and bridges. A private shuttle, with door to door service, is available for transport to any beach access. Off street parking for 2 cars. The community of Gulf Place offers a variety of restaurants and shops, one of which is Miss Luciell’s Gossip Parlor that is a unique meeting place for locals to relax and enjoy conversation, a day spa and Pilate’s. Heading west on Scenic 30A is the newly opened Grand Boulevard in Sandestin. Visit Tommy Bahamas’, PF Changs Chinese Bistro, Flemings Steak House and Mitchell’s Seafood, just to mention a few of the eateries. Several ladies boutique shops like Chico’s, Victoria Secret, and too many more to mention provide the ladies with a break from the beach to go shopping. Heading west on 30A is the self contained town of Seaside and all the amenities it has to offer for adults and children. Night time entertainment can be enjoyed at Bud and Ally’s and you can take part in the sunset contest. Rendezvous is a nice place to relax and have a glass of wine.
