Great townhouse, short walk to beach, 2 community pools, fishing pond, tennis, nature trails, heart of Seagrove, close to shops and dining, wireless high speed access. Cassine Garden # 120 is a perfect place to vacation and enjoy the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the pristine sugary white sand. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit is in the front of the community and very close to the beach access and convenient to all the amenities that are available to you while vacationing at Cassine Gardens. You are surrounded with natural Northwest Florida shrubbery and right at the edge of the nature trails of the St. Joseph Forest. Birdwatchers have been known to “flock" to this area because of the birdlife in this part of the panhandle. Seaside, the Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club, the Silver Sands Designer Outlet mall, and Grand Boulevard are all in Sandestin. Pier Park has opened in Panama City Beach. There is a Grand Movie theater and department store shopping. Golf is available in Panama City, Freeport and Dune Allen. Beds are: I king, 2 twins, 1 queen sleep sofa.
