With approximately 250 yards to the beautiful emerald coast beaches and views of the water from the tower, you can sit and relax and feel like you are in your home “Aweigh From Home".This 4 story house features lots of room and living space with many areas for your group to gather.The 1st floor offers a room with 2 Queen size beds, a room with a King size bed. There is a large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub for these 2 bedrooms to share. There is also a King size bedroom with private bath. You can also access the guest house from this level.The 2nd floor offers a spacious open area living room with sleeper sofa, sitting area, dining table that seats 10 people and a well-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and a breakfast bar that seats 3. A second story side grilling deck is located right off the kitchen and has a built in gas grill that overlooks the pool area. The second story grilling deck has access to the 1st floor outside shower and the pool deck. There is also a washer and dryer to rinse off the bathing suites for another day of swimming. In addition, a half bath for convenience is located on the 2nd floor.Off of the main area is the Master Suite that offers a King size bed, private sitting area, and the master bathroom. You can also access the guest house from the main area. The Master Suite also has a private balcony and full size sleeper sofa. The 3rd floor offers 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The kids can enjoy a bedroom with 2 sets of twin size bunk beds. Just across the hall is a Queen bedroom. The 4th floor offers a tower with with sitting area. The gulf views from the tower deck are just the icing on the cake. Relax and enjoy a cup of coffee while reading your favorite novel or catching up on the local events in the area newspaper.The vacation does not stop there. In addition to the main house, the new carriage house offers 2 stories of modern décor and luxurious amenities. The 1st floor offers a full kitchen with granite counter tops and state of the art appliances. The living area includes a sleeper sofa and dining table that seats 4 and additional seating at the bar for 4. The 1st floor also offers a full bath. The guest house has a private entrance and offers direct access to the private pool. There is access to the main house that can be locked for privacy.The 2nd floor offers 2 bedrooms that share a large bathroom. One bedroom offers a Queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom offers a King size bed. There is also a washer and dryer located in the hall. You can access the main house living area from this level.To cool off after a warm summer day, take a dip, or even dive into the 15x30 foot private pool. The pool area is completely secluded so you can soak in the sun on the deck which is right out the back door. After a long day at the beach, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower and enjoy some relaxation in the Jacuzzi. The pool can be heated for a fee.Located in Seagrove you are just a walk to shops and dining. Very close to Seaside and Watercolor, you can take a bike ride, enjoy cafes, restaurants, great shopping, outdoor concerts, theatre, and of course a Blue Wave rated beach within a short stroll! With only 20 minutes to Destin and Panama City Beach you can enjoy some of the local flavor. Silver Sands Designer Outlet mall is a short ride on 98 and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin has great restaurants and shopping! Pier Park in Panama City Beach is a pleasant ride east on 98.
