Renovated 1830's house with all the charm of the real Cape Cod, packed with modern amenities and style. Farmhouse style new kitchen, two baths, well-appointed living room with a bay window and view over Little Harbor. At sunset, settle on your private deck and dine al fresco as the fireflies come out. Watch the ferries slowly cross the Sound. You can see Martha's Vineyard from here and you fall asleep to the sound of the crickets. The dining room is lined with books and has a fireplace. There is a new outdoor shower to wash off sandy feet back from a nearby beach. The four bedrooms are made up with luxury linens, baths overflowing with new Turkish towels, kitchen well stocked for cooking. The bedroom configuration is great for a family or a group -- three bedrooms upstairs (four twin beds, one king bed) with a bath with jacuzzi tub; one bedroom downstairs off the dining room with a queen size bed and a bath with shower. Well equipped eat-in kitchen, opens onto the dining deck.
