Needs better management.

The house is located one house over from the pool and is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach.
The house is not well maintained or managed.
The management company had not turned the water heaters on before our arrival so we had cold showers the first night. It took two calls to get in touch with someone who told me how to turn the water heaters on.
The information packet was missing so I had to call someone to get the code to get in the pool. There was only one kitchen towel, I ask for more kitchen towels and dish cloths, but none ever came and I was there 11 days. The information that was finally emailed to me had the wrong contact number for beach chair rental.
The mini blinds on the glass doors in the bedrooms were twisted and bent and need to be replaced. They gave the bedrooms a run down look.
The bathrooms for both twin bedrooms had mold in the shower tiles.
The breaker box door is bent and does not close and is an eye sore.
The washer has a leak.
If the repairs are made I would recommend this property.
It is roomy, close to the pool and the beach. I would recommend that you do your own cooking, The restaureants do not have much variety.
Owner's Response: We certainly regret that these things happened and can say with confidence that these issues are being resolved.
We have resolved the issue of the lack of response time and will guarantee that a delay in requests will not happen again. We have personally made sure that there is information in the home in regards to phone numbers, activity information and such--this is certainly something that needs to be provided. The owner of the home will be at the house in less than a month to replace the blinds and also make the breaker box area more easy on the eyes. We have spoken directly with housekeeping to ensure they are using the proper cleaning supplies for the bathrooms.
This is not the normal happenings in our rental home as we want all of our guests to enjoy every aspect of the Island and the home that they chose to stay in.
