Totally renovated in 2005... Exterior updated in 2007. The new owners have lovingly transformed “Blue Haven" into your dream vacation spot. Picture perfect… new carpeting and tile, beds and mattresses, kitchen ‘stuff’ and more. Also, the living room and sitting room have been re-decorated in November of 2006. Anchor at Blue Haven and relax in comfort while enjoying all that Saugatuck has to offer.

Offering space for the entire family - 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths. The living room is bright and airy with sloped ceilings, skylights and a fireplace. For your ease and pleasure, there is a separate game/dining room plus a small sitting area. Enjoy all four seasons out doors on the 2 large decks, one for relaxing and entertaining, and the other with a spa/hot-tub (Hot tub not operational in winter months).

Location, location… You’ll love the convenience that Blue Haven offers. Nestled on a corner lot just steps away from Willow Park, a small park overlooking the Kalamazoo River. Enjoy the never-ending parade of boats entering the harbor. Leave your car at Blue Haven and walk to all town activities: restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, and the waterfront boardwalk.
